Slow, quick, steady
Pause,
Breathe,
Rest,
Anxious in hold
Like a fly in a trap
Sputtering and flapping
Heart racing
And mind shouting, "Oh crap!"
Pause,
Breathe,
Remember,
Supported, cheered, affirmed
Path is right
Process is
It will be
In it's time.
